Ensuring that I have the mental tools in place to be able to deal with the huge psychological challenge of running almost 100 miles a day for 9 days.

Background

Evie transitioned from interviewing sport psychologists to becoming one in her early 40s. 

Evie is also a competitive triathlete, runner and swimmer.

She has even qualified for the triathlon world championships on the Gold Coast, Australia in September, 2018!
