Day Job
Running Coach
Role in Team LEJOG
Mimi knows exactly what it takes to run LEJOG as she's the current women's world record holder. Although she ran it the other way around
So will be telling me exactly what I need to do.
How many miles, what type of miles and, possibly most importantly, when I should be resting up and easing off.
Background
Mimi spent over 15 years of her life suffering with anorexia, before she began running at 36.
She first starting running on a treadmill at her local gym but couldn’t run for more than five minutes without gasping for breath.
Now she’s a multiple Guinness World Record holder (including for LEJOG), has set multiple course records and even won races outright.
